I have made my decision and got an M1A and I feel awesome!

I sincerely had my heart and soul set on acquiring an LWRC REPR 7.62 then I got the M1 bug but told my self man this is gonna be hard to get...

But I went into the toy store and they had one sitting on the rack. KERCHING! Sold...

I walked out today with a brand spanking new Springfield M1A and couldn't be happier.

Now to get some very minor furniture, scope mount, and a nice optic. For now I cant wait until Tuesday when I can let her thunder roar at the range.

Congrats. Great looking guns. May not be able to find them much longer.

I love mine, and have no intention of going back to the AR.

    Congratulations!

I would have to have one or a few of those! Like Glockman, it would make me happy to move away from the AR platform.

I since took off the scope mount and aim point. I like to shoot it iron sites best. You can load with stripper clips from the top if you need to.
Just got a New Krieger barrel for it. Stainless steel 1-12 twist med weight. I have to find some time to put it on.
One thing you may want to look into is a recoil buffer. Keep the gas piston clean, they make tools to get the carbon out. and enjoy. I shot mine so much I am on my second barrel!.. Just love it.

I'd own one yesterday if they didn't cost so darn much!

    Enjoy!
