SCXDm9 - Cabela's had a lot of bullets this morning, snagged a couple hundred along with some PMAGs. The mags are gone but there still seem to be some reloading supplies, so I'd check there.

OP - I've had a little luck at Walmarts around my area, but I stop by every day after work....getting old! Haven't found any of the cans unfortunately.

Also, if you're dollars are apolitical you might check into Dick's sporting goods...haven't bought there myself but I know others who have and they are reasonably well stocked.

Also try this site: GunBot 223 5.56 Ammo In Stock - There is some available, it just comes at a premium right now. Hope some of this helps!

    I saw the following today.

    TulAmmo BRASS-MAX 223 55g FMJ-BT 50-r box Made it Italy.

    And

    PPU 5.56NATO 55g FMJ-BT 20-r box made in Serbia.

Are either of these any good? Would you buy them?

Last I remember they were closer to $160-170, but I haven't seen any in the wild for a couple of months now.

Right. With tax mine were $170/can. Still better than paying freight/hazmat offline.

How can man die better than facing fearful odds, for the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods?

My local dealer will allow the purchase of 2 boxes but only if you buy a pistol or rifle.
