Saw this at Wilson Tactical and it looks pretty cool. It would go well with a Mad Dog stock to make a tactical lever action. They are wanting comments if you would be interested so if you are you should shoot them an email.

Looks like a huge foreend once panels are installed and I think a fore grip would just make the lever more difficult to operate. Bottom line, as said, WHY???
Yea, but no thanks. I don't really see any need for it, and yes it is ugly as hell.
None of my lever actions are good for over 100 or 125 yds without severe drop, and I can see that far, and would prefer to shoot open sights even up to that distance.
I've seen several tacticool lever actions so I thought some might get a kick out of it. I think it looks funny, but could be better with some streamlining. Probably the only lever I will one is the one I'll inherit from my father and there is now way I'm changing a thing on it. Its a 16" Browning 44mag and has the most beautiful bluing and stain that I have ever seen.
I love lever actions and that was one ugly piece. I like wood on my levers not plastic. Develop a single rail on top for a small scout scop or acog type scope and maybe I would go for it but not that.
I think this one falls under the following, just because you can doesn't mean you should.

I was thinking of creating a patrol rifle from a lever action a few years ago, using a .44mag and a top rail for a acog type sight. I thought it would be a good pc alternative to a AR, but the guys did not want something so old fashioned. I thought that was a good idea, but that quad rail is pretty silly.
Way too "glommie".

Well, I'm an owner of a tacticool levergun, but that thing doesn't look like it'd be all that comfortable.
I like CombatEffective's lever gun... it would be combat effective. I think I'd ditch the scope for my purposes, but that is kinda neat.
Who made the stock, and what caliber?
It's .30-30, and the stock is made by Ramline. The scope is a Bushnell 1.5-5x32, and has a pretty wide view and allows for a quick sight aquisition. It is mounted with Leupold quick release mounts, which allow access to the iron sights if needed.Quote:
