I've wanted one of those for a while, but never have gotten around to getting one.

I hear that the Turks make good guns. Congrats!

Personally I'd use it as a supplement to a good handgun. If you have to move around, it's better to keep a hand free.

That's funny. As a matter of fact I told the salesman that, according to the Vise President, all I would have to do is fire both barrels from my patio and I would scare all intruders off.

12 gauge. The entire thing is colored black. Not talented enough with the computer to post pictures.

Had a Stoeger Condor 12ga at one time. Loved the format. Hated how horribly stiff the action's attachment point was. Cracking open the action (to eject rounds) and returning it to battery was a painful experience that no amount of polishing could correct. It needed gunsmithing. Sold it to someone willing to go down that route. Bummer, as it was a fine gun, otherwise. Handy, comfortable, easy to shoot.

    Cool

I got mine because "Joe" said so.......

Mine is the "Coach Gun" in 12 gauge and made in Brazil.

Slip-on recoil pad and butt cuff ammo holder and a slip-on sling are the only add ons.

    Nothing fancy. All business.

Works well with Low Recoil 00 Buck and Low Recoil slugs as a home defense shottie.

His name is "Claymore". Front Towards Enemy.

I have been thinking about getting a couch gun also but I want the exposed hammer type, there is just something classic looking about those “mule ears” sticking up there.

I like the look of those, too.

You know, there's gotta be a way to have pump-action in a SxS shottie. There's just gotta be. That'd be something, a ~10shot 18" side-by-side, ideally with option to fire both barrels at once.

Both of my Daughters (13 & 15) shoot Stoeger Condor 20 gauge Over/under shot guns for Skeet and wobble skeet and they have worked very well, they both dislike that it does not eject the spent cartridges so they have to manually remove them before inserting new cartridges, but that has been the only gripe, so far they have proved very reliable and both girls enjoy shooting them.. I see Stoeger just released the condor supreme which does eject the spent cartridges, but it's quite a bit more than the regular condor.. They can be a bit stiff to open/break, but they do loosen up with a bit of grease and usage!! I would think they would be an excellent gun for home defense and the price is right!!

I think I'd use handgun as a supplement to a double barrel!
