Saiga is definately the magazine fed shotgun that comes to my mind. As far as the laws it depends on where you live, here in Ohio it seems like most of the cities with assault weapons bans in effect have a 5 shot limit on semi-auto shotguns, and no limit on pumps, except if you are out hunting. Mag capacity definately depends on where you live though. Aside from a street sweeper or theUSAS-12, I can't think of any other ones right now. The saiga is definately the least expensive, and can probably be found in your price range.

The Valtro PM5 is magazine fed but I think the Saiga is the only magazine fed shotgun I've heard anything good about.
If you have any questions concerning what the BATFE thinks check this out: http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/index.htm
take care, take it easy and be safe :D

The latest Cabela's catalogue has conversion kits for the Mossy 500 and Remmy 890 in it. It will take stick mags and there's a 10 round drum mag as well.
I do not see the conversion on their website.

You might find a Knoxx kit , or a Saiga on gun Broker or other gun selling sites .

I handled a Valtro, on that gun the mag was flimsy and poorly held in, flopped around a fair bit. From a distance I thought it was nice, but up close I thought it was not a fully evolved design, I remember the mag catch being a problem, but can't remember why.

Saiga is the only one I know of, but I don't know where to tell you find them.
CDNN used to have them for like $ 180.00.
I kick myself daily thinking about that.
I also saw one in a local shop for $ 350.00 in the Spring of 2005.
I kick myself when I think about that, too.
Both buns are hurtin', folks....
I don't kick myself over the one I saw at a gun show a few weeks ago, though. They wanted $ 425.00 for it.
But when I think about that CDNN price just a few years ago.....
