    Building an M4, need help

    I am building an M4 and am almost complete all i need is the bolt carrier group and charging handle. I found this bolt carrier group from PSA and i was wondering your opinion on it. It seems like a great deal but i wanted to ask the more experienced before i bought it. 5.56 HPT/MPI M-16 Bolt Carrier Group

    It's not a drop dead, must have, but your carbine can use some help extracting. If the extractor spring hasn't been fitted with an O ring, pick a couple up at your lgs.

    Are you REALLY building a genn-euu-whine M4 or a civilian M4forgery? Don't misunderstand, I own & enjoy the second, but a registered auto lower is pretty pricey.

    civilian version, i havent seen a registered auto sear in a long time and, you are right, they are pricey. I am however looking into getting a silencer for it. Thats as close to class 3 as i am going to get. Unless i am laying down cover fire i dont need full auto.

    Depends on your price range. MBUS are cheap and do the job well. KAC Micros are my favorite...MBUS Pro's are also very nice. I prefer smaller for flip up BUIS, but that's just a personal pref.
