Some of the Hornady shotgun loads use the "versa tite" wad (different loads of theirs using the versa tite wad are marketed differently --00 is marketed in their TAP line, #4 buck is marketed as varmint express). It shoots a much tighter pattern than standard shot/buckshot regardless of choke, barrel length etc (same technology as federal flight control).... Anyways...
If u fill up the magazine with this line of ammo by Hornady, u can actually fit 8 rounds into the mag tube, rather than only 7. So u get an extra round because each shell is a fraction of an inch shorter than a standard 2 3/4 inch load.

For once being a tite wad is a good thing.
I'm just a spoke in the wheel but not a big deal.

You know that look women give you when they want some sugar? Me neither
I'll have to check it out. I had some hornady critical defense 00 and my 500 wouldn't cycle it for anything. The plastic shell just seemed to be rough and made it very difficult to pump the gun. Opted for the cheaper brands and has worked perfectly.
I'll have to try some and compare it to the Federal flite control wad we get issued for duty

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?
