I am not a bargin hunter, I don't haggle well so how do I find the best price possible on the Stag Arms AR15 (Model 2). It is in the Stag Arms catalog for $925.
What should I expect to pay for it?

If it is not in the US Constitution then the Federal Government should not be doing it.
"Carrying a gun is a social responsibility."
Check GunsAmerica.com and Gunbroker.com for average prices.
Also, call around to your local shops BEFORE you go there to see who is charging what, good research is a must before buying a firearm of any type.
Suggested retail is a guide, if you ever end up paying MSRP, there's something terribly wrong.
If you do your research right, you won't have to haggle.
Not sure what the mark up is on Stag...but I ordered a new Rock River through one of their major dealers. The MSRP according to the website was $1060....the dealer quoted us $900 shipped to our FFL. Being a friend and I wanted one...they knocked it down to $880 shipped.
Again, I'm not sure of the mark up on Stag...but just to give you an idea of what a guy can get an AR for versus MSRP.
Good Luck,
Wayne
