Voted Cow Field b/c that's what's most readily available. However, having some experience with trap and skeet, I'd say I'm equally addicted to all of the above.

It's quite a while since I had time and managed to do much tho used to.
In fact I'd almost say trap/skeet on equal terms - each makes its own unique challenge. Sadly the main club I used to shoot at had to change to steel shot - that put costs up badly.
I can tho still shoot my lead shot reloads at a local club but trap only, altho they do run sporting every month or so - something I really oughta try.

I really like to go for a round of "Redneck Golf" every now and again (Sporting Clays in case you didn't know)
I even got a new Beretta AL391 Teknys as a gift from my girlfriend earlier this year...however I have only had time to go out once and I have hard time finding people to go with. I plan to take my daughter next time so she can push the buttons for me.![]()

I shoot clay pigeons that fly through the air... dunno the difference between the different ways they fly (or roll.. or skip...). I just enjoy frangible moving targets.

If it moves and I get to shoot it its all good.

As with all statements I've made and All that I will make, please check your local laws to verify accuracy. (and if i'm wrong let me know as I like to be right in the future) After all I'm just some goofball posting on an internet forum.

I know this is "Defensive Carry.com" and most of us choose to shoot IDPA or target shoot at paper with Osama's face on it. However, for those of you who haven't been SHOTGUNNING (not talking about 3 gun) but about breaking orange, or white discs with a shotgun is extremely satisfying. Its really one of the only shooting sports that you get "Instant" gratification, and there is something about watching that orange flying saucer exploding in mid air, that just makes me giddy. I know shooting steel or bowling pins is some what instantly gratifying, but watching whether its watching a puff of orange smoke in the air, or barely cracking the target it still grants some OOO's and AWWW's.

Shot skeet a few times with a friend in Alaska who was a 25/25 (with the gun upside down and from the hip) kind of guy...with his direction I could shoot 21/25...without his help I could shoot 14/25...
He ran the skeet club on a military base and was an impressive shot...
I only did it a few times...and I don't really know much about any of it!
It was a lot of fun...

I try to shoot at least one Sporting Clays tourney a month, except during the months of Nov-Jan when I am feeding my true shotgunning addiction, bird hunting.
I shoot in the cowpasture a lot. I like all shotgun games but only compete in SC.

My company has a trap team that I am captain of. We shoot every Wednesday after work. In the fall we switch to Sporting Clays. Both are fun even though I seem to be in a batters slump so-to-speak these days with my scores.

Get the old remington 3200 out and shoot a few rounds of trap nothing like it!
Sporting Clays was my vote, but that came in second to Quail hunting....
