150 yards is an easy shot with a plain 7.62 x 39 blank.

Didn't make it to the range today, had to clean the house among other things. I did refinish one of my mags though. It was covered in cosmoline, and it was still spotted rusty underneath.
Got a wire wheel and hit it w the power drill. It looked good when it was bare metal, but a chrome mag with black gun is not my thing. Sprayed it w some semi flat rustoleum and it looka nice! Will post pics when dry.

Finally made it to range today.
Wow what an awsome rifle. More accurate than I thought. Bullets hit right where I was aiming right from the first shot. 50 yrd target. It was super loud, a few people came over after I started and watched for lil bit. 200 rounds went fast. I'm goin to the range more often.
