Which model Stoeger?
They are a division of Benelli and I have at hand their '07 Master Catalog featuring the Stoeger line which is wide and deep.
Let me know the model you are interested in and I'll provide you with all the details.

It's the bottom line semi-auto. It doesn't have the Inertia driven system

I've got a Stoeger Condor Outback O/U 12ga. Fit and finish leave much to be desired. Out of the box, the fit of the forearm stock made opening/closing the unit impossible. Without the forearm stock, it would swing freely; applying the forearm stock would stiffen it up to the point of disallowing movement. Took sanding/polishing to free things up enough to be useful. The metal finish on the pieces attached to the barrel are a tad rough. Have heard mixed reports of quality, ranging from tremendously durable to marginally adequate. Have found it to be fine, so far, with a couple hundred rounds through. Otherwise, for a low-end gun, it's serviceable. Can't speak to the semi-auto Stoegers.

NRA, GOA, OFF, ACLDN.
According to the catalog that would be the 'P-350'pump.
They have a P-350 Defense as well with a pistol grip.
They both look like rebadged Benelli Nova to me.
Aside from that they only detail the Modell 2000 which it states is Inertia driven and it too looks to be a rebadged Nova.
Stoeger lists some nice looking and relatively inexpensive SBS 'Coach' guns too. Priced n the $450 range list.
Anyway I don't see anything that matches your description.
Maybe it's a closeout model.

That's probably true because the sale is good until they sell out.
