I'm envious! I didn't get any gun related items, but I did get a fire proof safe to keep my gun receipts and other important documents secured, and I got a 4GB Ipod which is nice to have. Congrats on the M&P15!

Very nice AR. Only thing I would add is a light attached to the front sight and call it good.

It took me several years to get that santa to come to my house. That santa finnally took notice when I ebayed several of my gifts a couple of years ago. I spent some time in the doghouse for a while after that, but ever since I have now got a new bird gun 2 years ago, and a new reloader this last one. So the payoff was worth the pain.

Nice gift their tigs. I hope you will do a range report, since there have been several people who have wondered about that one.
I will support gun control when you can guarantee all guns are removed from this planet. That includes military and law enforcement. When you can accomplish that, then I will be the last person to lay down my gun. Then I will carry the weapon that replaces the gun.

Thanks guys, I have only put 40 rounds down range just enough to set sights and dot. I had back surgery in nov. so just been to the range the one time to set sights. I have coming a MI quad rail with magpul rail covers and ladders, vertical grip, Daniels offset light mount and surefire G2 light. Going to turn my beauty into a beast As far as function, the 40 rounds were flawless, very accurate with all brass landing in about a 2 sq. ft. area. I know its not broke in but seems to be running fine.
