    Ruger Mini-14 Ranch makeover

I purchased a Mini-14 a while back at a gunshow. It's a great rifle but the Butler Creek stock had to go...So, I ordered a tapco stock, Forearm grip, light mount, holographic sight, and bought a color coordinated Surefire light. The Betamag was the finishing touch.

The 20 rounder is for the girlie-men

All I am lacking is a sling for this coyote eradicator. I can't wait to get it to the range this weekend

How many rounds does the drum hold?

    probably enough for about 50!
Actually, the betamag was bought for a select fire/auto rifle that I am in the process of purchasing. (M-14)

I loved my Mini-14! When I left the Army, someone snuck a thousand rounds of .223 ammo in the back of my U-Haul. It wasn't my fault! When I got home, I decided the Ruger was the way to go. A modern version of the M-14 in a modern caliber. I can't count how many coyotes and badgers I killed with that gun!
