Customizing a Charles Daly
Just wondering, I have heard that parts are not readily available for this brand of shotgun. I am specifically looking at a automatic 12 ga, and would want to put a HD barrel, magazine on it and a M4 style adjustable stock with recoil dampers in it... And I have no idea honestly where all to look. Not sure what model it is, but was just wondering about the general availability of aftermarket things that I can hang on it.

My first question is why? Charles Daly has a poor reputation and basically not a trick out friendly shotgun.
I'd definately look into remington as they already have most of what you are wanting on them depending on the model you choose or you can make one whatever you basically want with the avaliability of parts, mossberg as well. Sorry, I just can't recommend a Daly anything.

Dunno about that poor reputation, mine has been 100% for like a bazillion rounds.

You generally can't have that style of stock on an auto shotgun, ATI only makes them for the following: 12 & 20 Gauge Mossberg 500/590, Remington 870, Winchester 1200/1300, Maverick 88
As for the extended tube for the magazine, you'd need to find out the threading on the end of the factory magazine. TacStar makes a bunch of them for Benelli, Remington, and Winchester.
You'd probably have to have the stock barrel cut to the desired legal length.

Thanks JD, for giving me a place to start. As to why, well because it has been a cared for shotgun as I know the seller, and I want a automatic but can't afford a heck of alot.
