    Mosin Nagant trick. (accuracy related)

    Just saw this on another forum and thought some people over here may enjoy the trick.

    Seems to be a very basic bed job or something similar. Can't hurt to try.

    They do say too - fix bayonet - helps I believe.

    I recall just how effective that rifle was in Starlingrad in WWII - wonder if the Rusky snipers had any special work done on theirs, apart from optics.

    91/30 vs K98 - they both did well considering.

    Yeah I have the 91/30 though and once that bayonett is on it does not come off easy.

    Id be willing to bet if you talked to a Vet of the era proficient in the use of this weapon, he could teach a trick or two. maybe just a simple as stuffing bits of cloth under the barrel in the field. Necessity is the mother of invention as they say.
