    Hey Bro'

Both are extremely well built units and both serve their intended purpose, and then some. Between the two I think I do like the EOtech a bit better but only due to the added focus ring and the raised windage and elevation knobs that can be adjusted by just your fingers.

My only complaint, thus far, is the STS mount. I actually broke mine using stupid gorilla hands to tighten it to the rail. Besides me breaking and having it sent back to EOtech the lever is a bit too long to set the magnifer as far back as I want to gain total eye relief. It mates up to the rear BUIS/Matech and cannot be closed tight. With that in mind it just takes a proper cheek purchase to the stock to get the eye relief I need to take shots.

    Their both great kit !!

Are those the actual LMT SOPMOD stocks or the B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD's ??

The color looks more like the B5 Systems.

It's actually a URXii rail, so the front sight is integrated.

    New AR

I sold my S&W M&P Sport and Eotech XPS since I got all the parts in that I needed for my new rifle which I plan on eventually turning into an SBR.

The basic make up of my new AR consists of:
    PSA Lower
    PSA LPK
    BCM Receiver Extenstion
    H Buffer
BCM Upper with 16" carbine gas system
    BCM Bolt and BCG
    Aimpoint T-1 Micro

When it becomes an SBR I will put an 11.5" barrel on it with a 9" Noveske NSR forearm. I will also swap it out with a Vltor A5 buffer system once Vltor gets around to producing A5 buffers again.

This was also my first time assembling a lower with parts kit. once I got past the trigger guard, bolt catch, and front pivot pin it was a breeze. Should be fun taking it apart again for when I send it off to be engraved.
