Is there a product to touch up a Remington 870?

I just bought a used Remington 870, in great shape overall. But there are just a couple of very small scratches on the magazine extension that I'd like to touch up. It is black, matte color. Do you know of any product that will cover the scratches and protect the metal?

    Thanks,

You would be amazed what a Sharpie can do.

+1 on the sharpie, use one on my AR's and my Kimber CDP when a little bright spot shows up. Not totally permanent but works pretty good.

I have used a Sharpie before too. Depends on what the actual finish is. Birchwood Casey makes a couple of products you can try.
