A light of some sort, and better sights of some sort. If you want to stick with iron-sights get either a set of Big Dots from XS Sights or an enhanced rear sight from Jim Fuller of Rifle Dynamics.
If you want an optic, get the aforementioned Ultimak and an Aimpoint.
Then buy more ammo and go take a class.

If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.
