Nice--I've got the 2T, and love it. The only issue I've had--and it's minor (until it goes wrong) is that the staking is not great on the gas keys--but that is easily fixed.

    Enjoy!!!

I have the same gun as well and love it. I mounted an Eotech on it and added a vertical foregrip an a neat set up on a single rail mounted to the original forearm grips that holds a surefire light.

It works well. The Eotech is a great unit and then I added a simple two point sling and called it good.

I do need to check the gas key staking on mine, haven't done that yet

Man, that's weird it doesn't have quad rails, lights, lasers, bipod, holographic or red dot sights, magnifier, can opener, vertical foregrip, blue ray player or a kitchen sink. Not trendy enough.

    Just kiddin', nice rifle!!

AR's are good guns I have no idea why they would try to ban them

    Yep, that's an AR15.

Show of hands, who has one ?

Congrats on the good looking rifle. I too prefer a more simple machine with fewer bells and whistles.

I am a couple or three weeks from getting my stripped lower receiver. I ordered on Nov 25, 2008 and the supplier says they are 1200 orders away from mine. The rifle kit is coming from another supplier, I haven't gotten an update from them or my pmag supplier yet. I am actually being more patient than usual, I wanted to have parts in hand prior to any new ban or restrictions.
