    its a 16" weaver rail i cant seem to find it....would this work....RGR-703 - Ruger Mini-14 or Mini-30 Ranch Rifle Rail Mount Silver Finish Weaver Style Accessory Rail

    I have the top rail on my CX4, and it listed for $48..isn't that about 25% the cost of the 995?
