Benelli M2 tactical. My wife thinks I'm nuts for paying $1100 for the gun, but it just felt right once I handled it. Sorry for not posting pictures, but I don't know how.

Yes, I do have a lot of guns

My father was a bail-bondsman and I inherited many revolvers when he died. He would take guns as payment when his customers didn't have cash. In addition, I am like a kid in a toy store when I visit my local gun store. Only problem is my wife wants to but me on restriction, but after 40 years together she knows it is a hopeless cause.

I also had one follow me home today. An new 870 synthetic stock with 18" barrel and mag extension. It will be my new cruiser gun for the Jeep. Not quite as nice as your new baby but this one will live a tougher life. Can't get them too nice - I won't use them!!!!!

Congrats on the new shotty, but what catches my eye, you list a Kahr P380? Review! Pics! C'mon man, be the first!! Unless I've missed it, no one else here has one yet. I knew they'd been released... but I've heard not one owner report, or seen one unofficial pic! Report!!!!
    Regards, T Bone.

Of course you are nuts. Never fess up to real price. <nudge, nudge, wink, wink> Seriously, I practice full disclosure with SWMBO. Some of the Sigs here are hers. ;) Though I wonder if you should remind her that the purchase price is a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of accessories, practicing and stockpiling ammo.

I think my CFO would have shot me with it and said, "Yup, nice shottie". I had a hard enough time explaining the $200 in ammo for my PSL.

The key to this is "used to."

    Congrats on your new scattergun.

    I also picked one up - Rem 870 (18" w/mag extension).
Got a pretty good deal on it too...

S.C. had a 'tax-free' 48 hours on firearms after Thanksgiving. The shop had a great price, already significantly lower than msrp AND Remington was having a $30 rebate promo. Ended up paying a total of around $275 for it. Got some bonus points with my wife too (she's a big 'coupon' shopper).

    Sounds nice, but pricey.
