Turkish Tristar Tactical ????
I searched here and found nothing on this gun - are any of you guys familiar with the Turkish Tristar Tactical 12ga pump - I looked at one today and at $300 for a 12ga to have on my boat - complete with regular and folding stock - seemed like a no brainer to me.
I am heading to Africa tomorrow so I will pick one up when I get back.

I have a Tristar side by side that I just love....It was inexpensive enough to not bother me when I take it out bird hunting in foul weather, but high enough quality to have ejectors & a selectable trigger...

I have owned several foreign brand turkish shotguns and really had no problems with them one was an O/U 12gauge and one was a pump

Shotgun
We kept one loaded behind the gunshop counter for a while. Fired it quarterly and never had a problem. Somebody wanted it enough that the owner sold it, but for a while we relied in it with no concerns.

I had a police academy student late last year that had one of these. It shot OK (he didn't-he failed the qualifying shoot). It does have one strange feature in that the action won't stay open when you pull it back. There's some sort of spring arrangement that closes it when you release the fore end. I couldn't find anyt way to lock the action open for inspection or maintenance.
