    Upgraded HD AR

I finally made it back to Ohio, so I got to add all of the upgrades you guys helped me choose onto my Bushmaster M4gery, hope the picture turned out OK.

Upgrades include, Aimpoint ML3 with Larue mount, Larue BUIS, MI quad rail with magpul rail covers, Magpul PMags. Now I just need a good mount for my Surefire 6PLED.

    Beautiful. Great job.

If money is no object, Larue makes mounts for that light of yours.

I gotta say the aimpoint looks like You won't have a cheek weld when using it,is it possible to mount it lower so your rear flip up sight is out of the way when it's down and in case you need it flip it up to be able to look thru the aimpoint and achieve the front sight.I use an eoteck that mounts to the flattop and can see the front sight post,if I want to use my Iron sights,I flip up the rear sight and it looks right thru the eotech to get the front sight picture.WELCOME HOME

Nice stuff, second to none. Now, do you have ammo for that thing?

    Welcome home.

Larue's Aimpoint mounts are lower 1/3 co-witness. Your Eotech is true co-witness if it's not on a riser. It's just a matter of personal preference.

I've got some ammo, not as much as I'd prefer, but enough, gotta try and find some more at a halfway decent price if I can.

Like Matiki said, the Aimpoint had a lower 1/3 o-witness, so I can use the irons with it no problem.

i took a 1 " scope ring and mounted my 6P with that. no fancy folding mumbo jumbo rig, just a simple leupold ring i had laying around.

nice rifle, not a fan of that BUIS but nice none the less.

I'd say that you have the 'home front' well-covered.
Nice rig...now you need to stock up on ammo.
