    red dot

I'm looking at getting a red dot sight for my AK. I'm pretty sure I want a burris fast fire. Does anyone have one of these? Any other ideas in the less than $200 range.

Hmm... I picked up my used Eotech 511 for $220 shipped. You might be able to find a quality optic for sale in your price range, lightly (or heavily, for that matter - they're tough!) used in the various gun forum classifieds.

Hmmmmm. You might be on to something here. $220 would certainly be a nice price for an Eotech.

Larue Tactical -AK Iron Dot, laruetactical.com. Look under mini-red dots/bases. $285. Larue is expensive, but I love their products.

I have been wanting to try the vortex strike fire. It comes with a 2x magnifier and all for less than 200 bucks.

The iron dot looks exactly like a Burris fastfire. I think they could be the same thing.
