    My New AR

I got a chance to go to the Houston High Caliber Gun Show this past weekend. I have been in the market for a new rifle for a while. Well, I finally went ahead and dropped the coin and got a RRA. I got the chrome-lined light-weight barrel 1:7. I also picked up 1000 rounds of 5.56 and an ammo can!!! Here's my new baby.....

Awesome. Congrats! Add a sling, and you're done.

$1500.00 for the M4. Ouch!! Well it was $1275.00 but I added the carry handle and after taxes... Good Ole Uncle Sam!!!
$450.00 for the 1000 rounds of 5.56. Again Uncle Sam made it closer to $500.
$12.00 for the ammo can. LOL!!

Plus I spent another $100 on stuff my 10 year old boy had to have. Also the entry fee.

Tax refund was the only reason I was able to do this.

It wasn't a refund. It was your money you loaned them interest free for a year.
However, nice gun and a good buy on the ammo too.
