I heard great reviews, too. So good that I just placed my order last week. The bad news is there is a 6 month waiting list to get it.

Guy at the range has one, its less then 2 mo old. He liked it a lot and wanted a 2stage trigger. They sold and installed their competition trigger, worked great for a week, now it goes in 2 or 3 round burst when a mag is installed. He's taking it back again for repair. Externally it looks as good as either of my ARs, no bad welds or faulty parkerizing. It's like most AR shops, they buy parts made to their specs and then assemble.

I love my CMMG carbine, but I would only use CMMG parts on it (with the exception of stocks, grips, and quad rail accessories). CMMG is only 35-45 minutes away from me and they recently opened a store 15 minutes away from me called Black Rifle. If anything went wrong with my rifle, I can get it back to them in a hurry. They hold 3 Gun matches quite often and competitors use their rifles without any problems. My CMMG carbine runs as good as my Armalite (LMT parts) and my DPMS (w/ Larue parts).
