HD only...double barrel coach gun, no sling. Right side of the bed.
HD only...Mossberg 500, no sling. Left side of the bed.
HD/Tactical shotgun, has a sling in the event that I desire to go hiking some dark and lonely night.

I read somewhere that a sling can be used against you as a choke if things get up close, or you're surprised. True?
