SWITCHED-I transferred mulitple unregistered firearms FROM NJ to VA!!!!!!!!

Well this ties to the thread where my step-father passed...

Coming from NJ to VA were:

    Remington 760 Gamemaster pump 30-06
    Remington 7mm mag
    Remington 870 pump
    Beretta silver snipe 12 ga
    Ithaca 12 ga
JC Higgins bolt action 16 ga with the vari choke

ALL purchased before he was required to register them.

Still searching for his .444 marlin and .35 remington.

By the way...are magazines for the Remington 760 still available???

I haven't bought a mag for my 760 in about 4 years, but they were readily available then. If you are anywhere close to Ashland, check at Greentop Sporting Goods

Honing the knives, Cleaning the longguns, Stocking up ammo.

Glad you've liberated yourself and your tools friend. Congrats and welcome to VA

packin...I liberated myself at 18 (17 years ago) and have NEVER lived in NJ again.

The guns however, Dad would NOT let go of even though they haven't been used in over 20 years. Now they too are free!!

If Mom can just figure out where the rest are I'll be a happy camper.

I just chuckled at the irony of all those guns actually being moved from NJ to VA vice the liberal theory that all guns in NJ come from VA!!!
