How we behave as gun owners is important. Posturing and threatening does not serve us well in the public eye.

i do mine once a year when i thoroughly clean it otherwise i just clean the barrel and the action the best i can and leave it at that.

Every 500 rounds or so, unless I've been shooting really dirty ammo and it starts jamming before then.
