    took daughter shooting today

My Nursing Student Daughter is visiting from GA and went shooting with me today. It was her first time shooting an AR and a glock 26. She prefers my Browning Hi-Power but enjoys all the shooting.

Sounds like some excellent father/daughter time...she looks like a great shot, too!

Awesome! Any day at the range is a good day, and any day you get one of the kids to the range with you is priceless! Pass it on!

    That is a great day!
I took my youngest (9) yesterday. She has 2 new targets hanging on her door full of .22 holes. One target has 5 9mm holes in the head but she still hates shooting my G19.

It's always good quality time with our kids showing them skills, safety, and responsibility instead of bad habits. My hat is off to you and everyone else here that does the same. We as a country need much more of it. Keep it up you all will be blessed.

Did the same with my 21 year old daughter.

200+ rounds out of J frame. She's working on improving her accuracy to qualify for her California CCW. this spring

"He went on two legs, wore clothes and was a human being, but nevertheless he was in reality a wolf of the Steppes. He had learned a good deal . . . and was a fairly clever fellow. What he had not learned, however, was this: to find contentment in himself and his own life. The cause of this apparently was that at the bottom of his heart he knew all the time (or thought he knew) that he was in reality not a man, but a wolf of the Steppes."
