Having trouble finding what I'm looking for

I've been browsing about trying to find a shotgun that fits a few critieria, and I'm not having much luck. I'm looking for: SxS 12ga, internal hammers, double triggers, with ejectors. So far the internal hammer models tend to have single triggers, and most of them lack ejectors. I don't care about appearances, I just want something stout and reliable. I was looking at the Russian guns, but can't seem to find one with these specifications. Am I missing something?

Stoeger is making a dandy home defender model...with a rail on the bottom.

What do you want it for? Social work or sporting purposes?

I have one of these in 12 ga... Stoeger Coach Gun Supreme in 12-Gauge and 20-Gauge with 3” Chamber
I had Coyote Cap... Coyote Cap Gunworks ...do some extra work to it. Now it falls open, the shells will practically jump out, and some other refinements also. It's a fine HD weapon.

This will be for home defense. Do the Stoeger Defenders have ejectors? I'm not comfortable with extractor only for this application.

No, none of the Stoegers have ejectors that I know of. The Defenders are also single trigger.

I think the issue here is, and maybe a CAS shooter can verify or tell me I'm wrong, that ejectors are not allowed in cowboy action shooting. Most of the coach guns are aimed at that market, therefore, no ejectors.

Blast, it appears that you are correct. I wonder if an extractor gun could be modified to eject?

you might check out the CZ line. Not sure about ejectors though. They do have a SxS line with double triggers, internal hammers. I had a CZ Ringneck (it had single select trigger) for a couple of years... well made gun.

My wife's Stoeger Coachgun extracts rather than eject. Does have double triggers.

The Bobwhite would be the model with double triggers. I dont think it has ejectors though. Not many upland hunters want ejectors either. Besides I'll smack you upside the head if you cut down a Bobwhite.

I think you may need to look at an older gun and have some work done.

Fox (I think), Stevens and Savage all had two triggers and ejectors. My brother still hunts with an old Savage side x side. It's not a pretty gun but it has been crushing ducks, pheasants, grouse, turkeys and rabbits for 40 years. Look around at auctions and gun shows for an older "working mans" gun. You may find one on the cheap and after a little time at the gunsmith it could be just what you want.

You can really find some good stuff on the cheap at estate auctions.

Old Savages had ejectors? Interesting. I've been referred to AyA as a good lower cost higher quality possibility.

I used to have a Savage 311R that I believe had ejectors. Great shotgun and I was stupid to sell it for $125 years ago.

If you could find one of these I think you would be happy, the 311R had 18" bbl and double triggers with internal hammers like you want.
