Simple two point sling?
Im looking for a simple (non-"tactical") two point sling for my winchester and mossberg shotguns. I have seen a number of them online but not many seem to be of high quality, and I was hoping to get some first hand feedback. Price does not matter but it needs to be simple, two point, and built to last. Any suggestions? Thanks!
P.S. Is there any way to correct my spelling error on the title?

I use the VTAC sling on my AR and highly recommend it.

VTAC does make an excellent sling, but wouldn't that be considered tactical?

Maybe, but it's not the "tacti-cool" but mostly useless 3 point sling. The VTAC is simple, well designed, sturdy, and functional.

Agreed. 3 point slings are often way too complicated, and one point slings are good for getting in your way and busting your groin.

For a nice, inexpensive sling....go to REI, buy bulk 1" nylon webbing and appropriate hardware & make your own. I like the double walled tubular webbing. I have a sling of this type that I made on an 870 and it works well.

I have the vtac on my ar as well. And although I do relly like it Im looking for something different for the shotguns. I may consider the route of making my own.

BLACKHAWK! 1 1/4" Mountain Sling - BLACKHAWK!
These slings are excellent and sell for less than $20, with swivels.

I plan to give the make it at home method a try with my own customizations against the following template...

I like the traditional 1 1/4-inch leather Model 1907 sling for all my long arms. Brownell's sells an excellent version. One of their slings has seen heavy use in high-power competition on this M1 for more than 20 years. Great long term durability.

Rocky Mountain Tactical sells good simple 2 point slings that are adjustable and cheap - $26.50. They have good customer service too. Plus free shipping.
They have a bunch of different mounting options too and can help you out via email.
I hear the Boonie Packer ones are good too.
