    An FFL can carry...if they have a Concealed Handgun License from their state.

    An FFL cannot carry otherwise,and the ATF is very specific in its instructions.

    While most FFL's do carry, it has nothing to do with the FFL itself as it does not authorize carrying a concealed weapon. Since many FFL's deal with items that are high dollar items and subject to theft, it only makes sense to carry.

    I often have over 10K of weapons in my truck when I am doing certain things. You'd better beleive that I carry and if I am not in that truck, it is never out of my sight.

    Wait... an FFL cannot carry without a concealed carry permit? What about open carry? Not allowed?

    That is correct. Having an FFL does NOT authorize one to carry anywhere.

    What about open carry? Not allowed?
    If open carry is allowed in that state, then they can open carry the same as anyone else.

    An FFL has the same rights as any other law abiding citizen. Nothing more and nothing less. I carry openly and with one in the pocket when I'm selling. Once you are on my property, with my approval, you may also carry openly or concealed. We like you to keep em holstered though.

    You don't need a CCW to carry on private property with the approval of the owner.

    The FFL is a business license to deal, import, or manufacture firearms. Not to carry one.

    having and FFL does not meant you are legal to carry, you will still need any applicable licenses in any state in which you want to carry
