65826 - Ammo .410 Bore Winchester Super X 2.5" Shell Lead #000 Buck 3 Pellets 1300 fps 5 Round Box
With the introduction of the Judge and now the Governor, most ammo manufacturers are making personal defense 410 shells.
There sure are a lot of weird looking revolvers out there.
The Colt Python is not one of them.
Revolvers have always held their own and always will.
They are simple, reliable easy to CC.
Calibers like the the .38 and 357 are hard to beat.
Then for those that like to push things the .45 Clot the 44 mag ect.
Revolvers fit the bill from HD to CC to hunting they will always be popular.
OK,OK, I guess I'll have to put getting another whellie on my list.
You guys are gonna bankrupt me.
a j-frame is hard to beat. nothing beats a guns that will shoot no matter how much pocket/sock lint is in the action.
I don't own a semi, only a couple of revos, I personally wouldn't trust a semi to save my or my families life, JMHO.
Its because revolvers are awesome...
I'd take a S&W J Frame or Ruger LCR over any .380 pistol any day of the week. Yeah, a .380 has got it beat by a bit on size, but I definitely favor the small revolvers.
I was cleaning my Sig 238 when I stumbled into the silly sear/spring problem during reassembly. I watched a youtube video by LimaTunes to learn how to fix it, but that turned a 10 minute cleaning job into a couple of frustrating hours. Even then I wasn't sure if it would function properly until I got it to the range, so my EDC was out of service until I could schedule some man time.
It was this point when I realized why I wanted a revolver for deep cover carry... I still have semi-autos and like them a lot, but my 642 rides with me most days.
I've always been aa huge fan of revolvers. I've never noticed a real decline in their popularity.. every gun owner I know has at least one of them.

I have a Ruger SP 101 in my inventory and it's the only wheel gun I have at the moment. Been looking to add a S&W 686 & 629 though.
the majority of my handguns are revolvers.
