Disassembling the Beretta Nano 8 rd mag?

I have one with a follower that seems to be binding or hanging up slightly as I insert the 8th round. I have to push hard and then it seems to pop or click as the round goes in. Looking at the mag it seems like I have to drive out the pin that goes through the extended plastic floorplate/endcap, slide the plastic block that the pin was holding upward and out, then push the square plastic button on the bottom of the mag and slide the floorplate/endcap off?

I'm sure I could figure it out eventually but I don't want to bugger this thing up in the process, so I thought I'd ask first. Thanks, Kirk.
