Thats why I built mine the way I did. It's for gun cleaning only . wife does not mess with it . Can take gun apart and walk off from it. The drawers are for storage for swabs ,rags and doubles for ammo storage. I have a kitchen drawer organizer in the top drawer for my rods and brushes and oil.....Measurements are 30" tall 37" wide and 20" deep.......

A spare room that I haven't got around to remodeling yet. The dogs don't mind the smell of the solvent (at least they don't say they do) and the girlfriend never goes in there.

I clean mine on a bench in my "man room" which is designated for working on or cleaning guns only. It gets so much use I figured I needed something for that purpose only.

I have a card table set up on my basement, use old newspapers as a mat.
