    Depending on the firearm and the part:
    Miltec-1
    Tetra grease
    Mobil 1

    This is the most uniform I have ever seen one of these threads. Usually the responses are all over the board.

    I use CLP or RemOil for the cleaning and then Wilson Grease (for the 1911s) or "Gun Oil" by Birchwood Casey for lubrication.

    I don't believe there will ever be a "best" product or definitive go-to lubricant. Try a few and go with what you like.

    Does anyone remember the light-blue Teflon lube from Dillions... I just found a new bottle in an old cleaning case I had put back... any idea as to if this actually works, and is it still safe to use?

    I am using Hi Slip Grease from Sentry Solutions on the rails of my G30 and it works great. CLP for the rest...

    For lube, I use Machinegunners Lube.

    Militec1 All my handguns are heat treated with it. I use Gunzilla for cleaning.
