Yep this ain't google,first of all is your extractor in good condition,I've had the end chip off of one and it wouldn't extract a fired case,or an unfired case.If you have a problem with rounds sticking and you can't extract by pulling on the charging handle,on the front of the Bolt Carrier is a half moon cutout that allows you to get a small blade like a scewdriver in and pry the bolt carrier back.
