Problem with latest threads

Well first off when i click on the latest thread it will tell me i have a (x) amount of new thread ok that not the problem. but as I'm open and closeing them the number jumps around a lot it can said I have 50 new thread and I'll open one and close it and it might tell me I have 12 or it might tell me I have 70 and then ill open and close another one it might tell me I have 3 or 80 it just keeps jumping around and then sometimes it might tell me I have 50 and there won't be anything to open and you try and refresh and still nothing there. I use tapatalk a lot and I'm on another forms and it does not do that on them forms. please it gets annoying.

Try logging out, deleting the cookie for this forum, then logging back in.

Well I try that it did not work still haveing the same problem.
