Ahh thats the problem. I never changed my settings (nor did I know that I could) so I'm already use to it. Now I understand the problems you guys are having. On another forum that I'm on they changed the site so now its a little too dark for me.

Seriously? I'm not wearing sunglasses to view the site. I'll just wait and see what the new owners do to fix this. I sure hope something happens soon.

I recently moved this forum to the "TOP" of my favorite GFs I visit daily. But, I think I'm going to move it to the bottom until the owners can get the skins worked out. (It still gives this old guy headache!)

For those browsing with Firefox check out the "Color That Site!" plugin. It allows you to adjust the colors by site. If you fool around with it along enough, you can look at the forums again without going blind.

I just downloaded this addon and applied it, then messed around with the settings for DC and now I have it just the way I want it! It's great! If you have Firefox, download this addon. I am as happy as can be now!

Scratch that! I just found out I'd have to change the color settings for each individual thread on the site! So, color that Site won't work for the whole thing. Owners! Please fix this. Please!

I still miss the old interim skin but either my eyes have burned in to the new scheme or it has been toned down a bit because it doesn't seem to give me a headache as quickly anymore.

Any new news on this issue??

It should work for the whole site. When you're adjusting the colors there's a settings tab and on that you can tell it how mush you want it to affect. Just a page or a whole site.

I think the tone down is a placebo. The forum skin is the same bright generic white as my email homepage.

You can apply it to the entire domain it works great!!

OK, I now see where I can apply the color settings to the whole domain. I am messing around with it and have not settled on a color scheme yet but it already is better.

Thanks for suggesting this add on and for the tips on it's use. I recommend it to anyone who has Firefox.
