    Only time DC runs slow for me is when I'm using my netbook. Of course EVERYTHING runs slow on the netbook.

    Opera and Mozilla seem to run best for me. Could be a local problem with the networks overloaded since everyone is adding internet bundles and such now. An old phone line connection (open the box and clean the wires with steel wool and re-attatch them-corrosion) could also cause slowing down. Good luck.

    I noticed that after I changed operating systems. I also noticed the new flash-based GM ads along the bottom and sidebar. I put adblock back on, and everything popped right back up.

    Flash ads ruin most sites, install adblock, flashblock, or noscript, and you'll likely never have a site load problem again.

    /oh, and look for those black SUVs outside

    Have to completely agree with NoScript! I have had it for years and I love it.

    And I have not noticed an difference in the speed of the site.
