Membership stats?
We have almost 59,000 members according to the stats at the bottom of the page. Right now there are over 2500 members present on a Sunday morning. Reading threads, I often notice a fair mix of steady participants as well as new and occasional posters.
Just wondering, out of the total membership, are there stats of how many are active posters, followers, readers, over a monthly or yearly basis, what is the total of inactive membership, how long you can remain inactive before you are purged, a sliding scale of participation from most active to least active, etc.
Or is my curiosity just on overdrive this morning?

I've wondered this many times. I'm guessing there is some kind of software that allows the mods to have access to this information.

Ya beat me to it. I'd add Google into that mix of who has very accurate stats on users of this site, oh, I forgot, they now work in partnership with the NSA - look it up = fact.
