I'm new to this forum but have been active in several forums over past years.
I posted a reply to a topic a few minutes ago and noticed my reply didn't post, and a message popped up saying something to the effect that "your post will appear after it's been reviewed and approved by a moderator".
My question is whether this is standard on this forum, or if it's an option per thread, or did I do something wrong so that my posts are being reviewed before posting? I don't recall seeing that message before, and I think my other (few) posts on this forum were posted immediately.
Just trying to figure out what's going on here and correct anything I may have done!
Merry Christmas to all!
It is an automatic script triggered when a post meets certain criteria. I'll go look at it and see if anything jumps out. Per my review, nothing is wrong, and nothing to correct. You are good to go. All is well. Welcome to DC.

"He went on two legs, wore clothes and was a human being, but nevertheless he was in reality a wolf of the Steppes. He had learned a good deal . . . and was a fairly clever fellow. What he had not learned, however, was this: to find contentment in himself and his own life. The cause of this apparently was that at the bottom of his heart he knew all the time (or thought he knew) that he was in reality not a man, but a wolf of the Steppes."
