Just today I'm starting to see random underlined texts in posts throughout the forum.
If I hover my mouse pointer over the text, an ad appears.
Is this just me, or is this some new advertisement tactic? The ads were not gun-related and I'd like to rid myself from them, if possible.
I've ran into this type of stuff on other sites, just never here before.

sounds to me like you might have some sort of invader on your computer
I just had the same thing happen in one of my posts. Random words showing as links. Edit doesn't show a hyper link but changing the text makes the link disappear.

I uninstalled an AOL toolbar that came with a Firefox add-on, and that seemed to clear it up.
