    Awesome forum

I have only been on here for 37 days but I have determined that this is one of the very best places on the web. I have asked some pretty "dumb" questions, but have NOT been made to feel dumb by most members. I truly enjoy spending time on here. So much better than the crap my "friends" on Facebook. Thanks for making this such a great place!

Yes, this is a pretty nice place here.

I'm new; had to take break from some of the BS on other boards. Imma keep it simple here and enjoy.

In truth....I have never felt more at home or have had such a sense of commonality with others as I do with other gun owners. I view it as something that is uniquely American, and is as much a part of our heritage as anything else. This is played out here MORE TIMES than you will find disagreements.

As a former military instructor the only dumb question is the one that is not asked, never fear asking a question since there are many members here from many backgrounds that will provide insight on almost any topic.

I think this is so true , many members with a wide variety of job and life experiance . And good people that truely want to help answer questions and concerns . Also it is nice too that a little bit of teasing and ribbing goes on as well . I like when i can even help people with welding type questions .

I think its a trade off you tell people what you know and people will share what they know .

On my speed dial (My browser has one) I have DC (#2 spot) right between Facebook & Twitter. (and it's not that i like FB that much, it's a matter of numbers... social wise i'd put DC in the Numero Uno spot)

I'm late to the party, as usual, but welcome and thanks for your kind remarks about DC and the folks who come here.

I too have learned a great deal, not only about firearms, but the experiences of others concerning them from all over the U.S. & Canada, we have a few friends north of the Border here as members.

There is a wealth of knowledge to tap into if one is open to it here at the forum. It is one of the truly great places.
