Need some help or info?
Sorry to add to our large sticky list but - thought this would alert existing and new members to a source for this now it is different.
Instead of several discrete links I have added an index page which itself links to the following pages I have available ........
Mega Holster Makers Links
Help with posting pic's on Defensive carry
A list of common acronyms found on boards
A list of ammo related acronyms and abbreviations.
As of 6/5/07 - also now the attorney list
The link is to be found upper right in the second blue ''Bar''. Over time if required this can be expanded further.

Could someone post on how to quote a specific part of someone's post? Thanks in advance.

Two options ...
1) Use quote button and removed all unnecessary content when it is in your message reply window.
2) Left click mouse and drag across just the text required. Then right click ''copy'' or CTRL+C. In message window use the small yellow icon which opens a small dialog - right click "paste" into that (or CTRL+V) and then 'OK' it. It will be then within your new message in quote tags.
Also - it's easy to write the quote tags sometimes.
I would ask that people do not from habit use quote button carelessly as to bring a very long post back again in a quote just adds unnecessary bandwidth. Where possible a partial quote is ideal.

Thanks for the info. Besides the waste of bandwidth, having to scroll down past a long post already quoted four times is really annoying.

There's also a third option:
As you are reading posts in a thread, as you come across posts that you want to quote, click the
button in the lower right corner of each post. The icon will change to a
and the quotes will be queued up in a reply box. They're even spaced out so you can easily insert your comments. Be sure that you remove all unneeded verbiage without disturbing the quote tags or you will have huge posts....

To limit that, you can quote and then abreviate the post as I have done yours, above. We now know who's post I am referencing without everyone having to repeatedly read the same quoted text.

A small bump to expose this, altho a sticky.
If you notice the old Attorney link is gone - it is! I have now made an html page with the info - accessible thru the main Forum Help & Extras index page.
Will hope to keep it updated if new info comes in.

Another reason to like this site, I post a query regarding the 'Attorney List' in the comments section and within a few hours the whole matter is resolved.
Very appreciated Chris.
