I have just now read about the point thing. Great idea. The only thing is that I have not come across any foul language or reportable issues in my time here. That says alot about DC's admin and its users.

Some rather interesting go-rounds the last couple of days....
Every body take a second to breath in and out or down a shot of gin or something and take the damn edge off.
:tired:
Can I report JD... He said the "D-word" :yup:
Borglyn, since you commented on how you never see this type of thing....
The way it works is this:
If you do something questionable you will likely get a warning something like this:
If you do it again or you do something blatant, (like posting a link to George Carlin's rant on golf...) you get something like this:Quote:

Thank you, gentlemen, for keeping this a professional forum. There is SO MUCH to read and learn from, we don't need garbage in here cluttering up things.
Discussion is fine, bickering serves no purpose. Remember what Ben Franklin said about argueing with a fool......
pretty simple rules.
I haven't been here all that long. The mature level of communication I found on this forum is what attracted me to it in the first place. I appreciate all of your efforts in keeping it that way. If there is anything I can ever do to assist please don't hesitate to ask.
I don't think there is a better forum out there concerning the subject of guns and our 2A right to own them.
Mi pen li, can do easy.
To the founder, all the admins, and moderators:
Just read the original post in this thread. I needed the reminder. Just today I've been guilty of breaking some of these rules, and I apologize for that. Sometimes I let myself get carried away, and sometimes I have a problem with language/workarounds (what can I say, I curse like a sailor - or rather...like a Marine). I will do my best to do better in the future so that my time here can be long and enjoyable.
One question I do have, in regards to a comment on this thread from a few years ago about chain of command on the forum, what exactly is the CoC? I know Bumper's at the top of that as the Founder, but how's it work with admins, moderators, senior moderators, etc?
Thank you for all your hard work,

Here ya go jarhead...
Show Groups - DefensiveCarry Concealed Carry Forum
It's under the "quicklinks" at the top of the page; then "forum leaders"
:hand15:
Pretty basic,
Mods
Senior Mods
Lead Mod - drcmg is not currently active on the forum.
Senior Mods - Rocky and RStickle are at the top of that list.
Ast. Admins - P95Carry is not as active these days.
Admins - for general forum issues QKShooter and myslef are going to pretty much be the top of the chain for general rules/behavior stuff, if its something we can't do we bump it up to the other Admins/ Owners.
If someone has a problem with a mod, take it to a senior mod, if someone has an issue with a senior mod, take it to me or QK
