Everything is back now, after closing IE and logging in again. I did not clear the cookies.Originally Posted by Bumper
When this, or something similar happens, log off the forum, close the browser, clear all cookies and then log back in. Most of the time the problem is a corrupted cookie and this procedure will clear it up. I don't know that we are completely out of the woods yet. The host is going to be doing some database optimization tomorrow and this may cause some more downtime or at least some slowdown. I have to work tomorrow so I will be clueless until the afternoon. Hang in there, this is my priority right after earning a living.....

IF you're thinking of upgrading to the "new VB4" you might want to take a look at some of the forums where the upgrade has already been done.
It hasn't been pretty.

Can't you guys keep the forums up? I am entitled and owed everything that is given to me freely and without consideration for anyone else's time or hard work, I AM HERE TO COMPLAIN!!!!

As someone who has also built, maintained, and Mod'd large user forums in the past, I feel your pain and know exactly what you are dealing with.
