Good Gunsmith?

I recently received a CZ-82 that I'm super impressed with. I want to make into a "project" gun--Strip, Durocoat, wood grips, etc.

I'd also like to have the trigger reshaped and the hammer bobbed. I'd do it myself, but then it'd look like I did it, if you get my drift. And, if I really botched it, I don't know if I could get replacement parts, it being a surplus firearm.

Anyone know where i can get this done? Websites, etc.? What something like this would cost?
