Why waste tax money to destroy them when the police could raise money to save tax dollars by selling them to law abiding citizens who pass background checks.

    a "new" poll up now.....

Should the Governor approve or veto the bill on easing conceal carry laws.

    "approve" is winning.

    Vote, guns in bars, np.

I can't agree on the other issue. A firearm used in a crime, as in it was fired and now the ballistics are part of a court case, and later it could be match up to some other crime. As in the firearm some thug used to kill someones father, mother, etc. I don't feel like making that a pro-gun issue.

Let me carry (with no background check, fees, or prevent carry in everyday places), don't create ridiculous restrictions to own, and I'm good.

I'm sorry guys, at the very least I say destroy parts of it.

In addition, I don't want to deal with the anti-reaction when sooner or later some resold firearm bought 3 or 4 times at a LE auction is involved in multiple crimes. Likely to happen, no, but sooner or later would.

The guns used by the shooter at the Pentagon a couple of weeks ago, and the gun used in a shooting in Vegas, were sold by the Memphis PD to gun dealers who resold them. Some of the guns were obtained through private sales at a gun show. Naturally, anti-gun elements are crowing about the guns coming from a PD gun sale, and that some of the weapons were obtained for criminal purposes from private sales at a gun show, without criminal background checks.

    Sigh.

Ok, let me get this straight and someone help me out with this think here by some here.

Some say destroy them because they will be sold and resold and be used in a crime or multiple crimes and that will feed the anti-gun crowd even more.

Ok, I understand that reasoning, but if you use that reasoning then you must use the same reasoning in if you buy a gun legally and sell it to a friend or to a gun/pawn shop or whomever and it's sold and resold and it will also end up being used in a crime. Now where is the reasoning that all guns should not be banned using the same reasoning you just did.

Just asking, because your reason for destruction is no different then my reason that I just put down for the totaly banning of all guns under your same logic then.
